Over the past few weeks www.whatstobuy.com has been in the middle of a major update to their website.
Our existing website, with the green layout has only been around for a couple of months, but after all of the feedback we have received, we have come up with a totally new design.
We have gone with a design that is clean, easier to use, better to understand and most of all make it easier for our customers to find the items they want.
Our free links section will remain under the old layout for the time being, until we think of a better way to update it as we have thousands of links on those pages.
We have added a lot more to our new site, we now take sponsorships and advertising on all pages.

We have added a new sections - NICK NACKS - for all of those items that just don't seem to fit under any of our categories.
Talking about categories, we have changed them and also have quite a few new ones. They are currently blank at the moment, but over the coming days we will be updating each category.
We are also offering a new service - SEND REMINDERS - when you join our site, you can ask us to send you a reminder of a special date or event or a time. If your in Australia, we can also send you a SMS reminder as well.
We already had RSS feeds to keep you up to date, but we are also offering a Newsletter style update as well. Just join our site and enjoy these new services.

Horse Racing or Casino
There has been a lot of talk about gambling, how its not good for you, yet gambling isn't making our kids FAT. Sure gambling can become an addiction, but so is eating Mc Donalds is for kids but you don't hear much uproar about that.
Gambling has been around for years, we all gamble, we gamble when we buy a house, we gamble when we cross the road, actually we all gamble with our lives ever second of the day, but yet so many people want to make gambling illegal.
Horse racing is gambling, yet the biggest race to stop a nation, Australia, The Melbourne Cup is allowed. Just about everyone in Australia has a punt on a horse on Melbourne Cup Day - thats gambling.
How about in the USA, banning Internet Gambling, yet the biggest SIN CITY - LAS VEGAS is a city built on gambling. Your allowed to gamble on Horse Racing in the USA but not Online Internet Sites.
Why is the world still so far behind, the internet has been around for quite a few years now, just about everyone has seen it at least once. But yet Governments like the USA still operate as though they are still in the 1800's when it comes to online gambling.
Come on think about it, there are always going to be PRO and CONS of anything, but the reason for banning it is because they can't control it. USA Government loves to be in control of everything. They can't control the money, like the are trying to control the oil by invading Iraq.
Gambling raises a lot of money in taxes for our Governments, so if you ban gambling altogether Governments will have to raise taxes to recoup the loss, trust me gambling is in the billions.
So if you don't like gambling, you must realise that it is paying for most of the things the Government spends money on - roads, nurses, police, hospitals etc (Pay increases and Superannuation payouts)
